Convenient location near trams, with frequent service into city center. Clean, functional rooms with comfortable beds. Pleasant terrace area by reception. Continental breakfast was good, but slightly pricey. Friendly and informative staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, buffet menu was good value with lots of veg, convenient parking with easy access to the chalet, nice area at the lake for walking the dog.

we enjoyed almost every detail, including location and staff. exceptionally comfortable bed, brilliant bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and tv in the room. easy check-in too. bar was pretty comfortable.

This hotel is perfect for a stopover in Bordeaux. It is conveniently located just outside downtown, making it easy to find and offering private secured parking. The value for money is excellent, with reasonably priced rooms that are modern and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities, including the excellent bathroom with both a bath and shower, meet all your needs. Additionally, the breakfast buffet, although not included in the rate, offers a small but comprehensive selection to start your day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a restaurant on-site offering a wide variety of delicious meals. the location was ideal as it was just a short walk away from the tram stop that took me directly into the city center of Bordeaux in about 15-20 minutes.
